Terms of service

Click* lets a host create a time-boxed “film” for an event; guests join with an invite link or QR code and shoot a limited number of hidden photos, which reveal for everyone once the film closes. By hosting or joining a film, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Hosts choose a film's guest limit, shot limit, camera style, and reveal timing, and decide who can see the developed album. Hosts are responsible for the events they create and for the guests they invite.

You own the photos you take. By taking a photo in a film, you grant the film's host and fellow participants a license to view it once the film reveals, consistent with the visibility the host chose. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to photograph whoever and whatever appears in your shots.

Don't use Click* to capture or share content that's illegal, harassing, or exploitative, or that violates someone else's rights or privacy. Don't try to circumvent a film's shot limits, capacity, or reveal timing.

Anyone in a film can report a photo they believe violates these terms. A photo reported by three different people is automatically hidden pending review. Hosts may remove any photo or guest from their film at any time, for any reason. We may also remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Guest-capacity upgrades are one-time in-app purchases tied to a specific film. They're non-transferable between films and are handled through Apple's payment system, subject to Apple's own refund policies.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. This permanently removes your films, your photos, and your account data, as described in our privacy policy.

Click* is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep films and photos safe, but we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for photos lost to factors outside our control.

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the effective date above and make a reasonable effort to let hosts know.
